​  How do I activate my licence?
Go to norton.com/setup, enter the 25-character product key from your e-mail, sign in to your Norton account (or create one) and download the installer. See the Instructions tab for the full steps.
​  How many devices can I use Norton 360 Standard on?
The licence covers one device – a Windows PC, Mac, Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad. For more devices, choose Norton 360 Deluxe or Premium.
​  Can I move my protection to a new device?
Yes. You only need the product key for the first registration. To install on a new device or reinstall, download Norton from your Norton account; the licence can be transferred from one device to another.
​  Does Standard include Parental Control?
No. Parental Control is included in Norton 360 Deluxe and Norton 360 Premium.
​  How do I renew my subscr​iption?
Buy a new key and enter it in the Norton app (profile icon → Serial Number) or at norton.com/setup. Any days left on your current subscr​iption are not added to the new key, so activate it when your current subscr​iption is about to end.
​  What language is the app in?
Norton is available in English and many other languages, and help articles are available on support.norton.com.
