​  How do I activate my licence?
Go to norton.com/setup, enter the 25-character product key from your e-mail, sign in to your Norton account (or create one) and download the installer. You can then add further devices from your account. See the Instructions tab for the full steps.
​  Which devices can I combine?
Any mix of Windows PCs, Macs, Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads, up to the number of devices in your option (3 or 5).
​  How is Deluxe different from Norton 360 Standard?
Standard protects a single device. Deluxe covers 3 or 5 devices, adds Parental Control and offers more Cloud Backup storage.
​  Does Parental Control work on a Mac?
It can only be installed on a child's Windows PC or Android or iOS device. Parents can manage it from any device, including a Mac, via the mobile app or at my.norton.com.
​  How do I renew my subscr​iption?
Buy a new key and enter it in the Norton app (profile icon → Serial Number) or at norton.com/setup. Any days left on your current subscr​iption are not added to the new key, so activate it when your current subscr​iption is about to end.
​  What language is the app in?
Norton is available in English and many other languages, and help articles are available on support.norton.com.
