1. In the event of a claim for a digital product with a proven defective code, the buyer is entitled to a replacement for a new one or a full refund of the purchase price. In such a case, the claim must be submitted via the claim form at: https://www.bomshop.eu/form/complaint. In case of any doubts regarding the digital product, the customer is obliged to contact our customer support, who will be happy to provide further information and answer any questions.

2. If the complaint is accepted, the seller is obliged to replace the defective digital product with a new functional one or refund the amount less a payment processing fee covering the costs associated with the payment gateway and banking transactions. This fee of 0.90% + EUR 0.04 has already been included in the original order price. Refunds will be made in the same way as the payment was received from the buyer.
