We operate an e-shop on the website www.bomshop.eu.
When providing our services, selling goods, and operating our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you contact us in connection with our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, especially through the contact form. This includes personal data in the following scope: name and surname, email.
For what reason?
Based on the personal data you provide, we will subsequently contact you regarding the offer of our goods and services.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the delivery of our goods or services.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum period of 10 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with personal data that we need from you in order to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. This includes mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email, mobile phone number.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivery of goods or services. We will also use contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order or in connection with any complaints or questions.
We will also process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (especially for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints, etc.).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or services.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of the delivery of goods or provision of services and subsequently for a period of 10 years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletter (commercial communications)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly refused to receive commercial communications, we will use your email address to send you our commercial communications.
On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest, which is marketing communication directed at our customers.
How long will we process personal data?
For 10 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time via email or contact us at: support@bomshop.eu.
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your personal data will remain with us. However, some companies or other persons who work for us may have access to your personal data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include, for example:

Among other things, the GDPR gives you the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, request access to this data and its update or correction, or request restriction of processing, request a copy of the personal data we process, request deletion of your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which in our jurisdiction is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Czech Republic, or to file a lawsuit.
