AVG Ultimate
Installation and activation
- Open the official AVG guide (link below) and click Download AVG Internet Security – on Windows, the whole bundle is activated from this app.
- If you have antivirus software from another vendor installed, uninstall it first. Then run avg_internet_security_setup.exe, click Install and complete the installation.
- Open AVG Internet Security, click ☰ Menu ▸ My Subscription and choose Enter activation code.
- Paste the licence key from our e-mail (including the hyphens) and click Enter. If prompted, fill in your name, e-mail address and postcode.
- On the My Subscription screen, check that the products under Subscriptions on this PC are Active. For any missing app (TuneUp, Secure VPN, AntiTrack), click Activate & install.
- Before using the apps on iPhone or iPad, link the subscription to your AVG Account (☰ Menu ▸ Sign in). On Mac and Android, install the AVG apps as described in the guide and activate them with the same code.
