​  How do I activate my licence?
Just like other Norton 360 plans: go to norton.com/setup, enter the 25-character product key from your e-mail, sign in to your Norton account (or create one) and download the installer. See the Instructions tab for the full steps.
​  Why can't I find Platinum on Norton's website?
Norton 360 Platinum is an edition Norton sells through its retail partners. It matches Norton 360 Deluxe feature for feature, but covers up to 20 devices and includes 100 GB of Cloud Backup.
​  Which devices can I combine?
Any mix of Windows PCs, Macs, Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads – up to 20 devices in total. You add further devices from your Norton account.
​  Does Parental Control work on a Mac?
It can only be installed on a child's Windows PC or Android or iOS device. Parents can manage it from any device, including a Mac, via the mobile app or at my.norton.com.
​  How do I renew my subscr​iption?
Buy a new key and enter it in the Norton app (profile icon → Serial Number) or at norton.com/setup. Any days left on your current subscr​iption are not added to the new key, so activate it when your current subscr​iption is about to end.
​  What language is the app in?
Norton is available in English and many other languages, and help articles are available on support.norton.com.
