​  How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to your Panda Account at my.pandasecurity.com (or create one if you don't have it yet), click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code from your e-mail and confirm with Activate my product. Then use the Download button to get the product directly on the device you want to protect.
​  How many devices can I use Premium on?
On as many as your chosen option covers (1, 3, 5 or 10 devices), in any combination of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. The activation code is the same for all devices. According to the vendor, the unlimited VPN Premium can be used on 5 Windows, Android, macOS or iOS devices.
​  What does Total Care support include?
A technician is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can help with virus and spyware removal, antivirus installation and setup, home Wi-Fi, smartphone and tablet setup, social media privacy settings, optimising PCs, Macs and mobile devices, and troubleshooting operating systems, apps and peripherals such as printers or scanners.
​  Which features are Windows-only?
The firewall, Wi-Fi protection, ransomware protection, parental control, file encryption and shredding, Panda CleanUp and the update manager. VPN Premium works on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, and you use the password manager in the web console, in the Chrome, Firefox and Edge extensions or in the Android app.
​  How do I renew the licence?
Buy a new licence, then in your My Panda account click More information > Renew subscr​iption for your product. Choose Add code and enter the new activation code.
​  What language are the app and the account in?
The My Panda account is available in many languages, including English, Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian – you can choose the language on the sign-in page or in Account Management. On Windows, you can change the language of the Panda Dome app under Settings > Language; according to the App Store, the iOS app is available in English, French and Spanish.
