​  How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to your Panda Account at my.pandasecurity.com (or create one if you don't have it yet), click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code from your e-mail and confirm with Activate my product. Then use the Download button to get the product directly on the device you want to protect.
​  How many devices can I use the licence on?
On as many as your chosen option covers, in any combination of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. The activation code is the same for all devices. According to the vendor's terms, the unlimited-devices option is intended for reasonable home use by one customer in one household.
​  How do I start using the password manager?
Once the licence has been added to your Panda Account, click the Password Manager shortcut in the account. You will receive an e-mail with instructions for creating your master password. Make sure you remember it – for security reasons, Panda cannot recover or reset it.
​  Which features are Windows-only?
The firewall, Wi-Fi protection, ransomware protection, parental control, file encryption and shredding, and the Panda CleanUp tools. You use the password manager in the web console, in the Chrome, Firefox and Edge extensions or in the Android app; antivirus and the VPN are also available on Mac and Android, and the VPN and device location on iOS.
​  How do I renew the licence?
Buy a new licence, then in your My Panda account click More information > Renew subscr​iption for your product. Choose Add code and enter the new activation code.
​  What language are the app and the account in?
The My Panda account is available in many languages, including English, Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian – you can choose the language on the sign-in page or in Account Management. On Windows, you can change the language of the Panda Dome app under Settings > Language; according to the App Store, the iOS app is available in English, French and Spanish.
