How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to the My Kaspersky website (or create an account), enter the licence key from your e-mail under Subscriptions and click Add. Then sign in to the Kaspersky VPN app with the same account – the device switches to the unlimited version. Step-by-step instructions are in the Instructions tab.
How many devices can I use the VPN on?
As many as your chosen licence option covers. You can mix devices freely – Windows, macOS, Android and iOS.
When does the licence start?
The subscription starts counting down the first time the code is used on a device.
What do I get with a paid licence?
The licence unlocks the unlimited version of Kaspersky VPN Secure Connection: unlimited encrypted traffic every day on each device, a choice of server location, Kill Switch, split tunnelling, Double VPN and a custom DNS over HTTPS server.
Can I use the VPN abroad?
Yes, but VPN use is subject to local laws. According to Kaspersky, Kaspersky VPN cannot be downloaded or activated in Belarus, China, India, Iran, Iraq, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar or Saudi Arabia.
What do I need to use it?
An internet connection and a My Kaspersky account that the device is connected to. For a stable VPN connection your internet provider must support the WireGuard protocol.

Installation and activation
- Download the Kaspersky VPN app from the official download page (link below); on a phone or tablet, install it from your app store.
- Run the installer and follow the wizard.
- On the My Kaspersky website (my.kaspersky.com), sign in or create an account, open Subscriptions, enter the licence key from our e-mail and click Add.
- Sign in to the Kaspersky VPN app with the same My Kaspersky account – connecting the device to your account unlocks the unlimited version.
- Turn the VPN on and choose a server location, or let the app connect to the fastest server.
- On your other devices, install Kaspersky VPN and sign in with the same account – up to the number of devices your licence covers.
