How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to your Panda Account at my.pandasecurity.com (or create one if you don't have it yet), click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code from your e-mail and confirm with Activate my product. Then use the Download button to get the product directly on the device you want to protect.
How many devices can I use the VPN on?
A Panda Dome VPN licence covers up to 5 Windows, macOS, Android or iOS devices, which can be connected at the same time. The activation code is the same for all devices.
How does it differ from the VPN in Panda Dome plans?
The Panda Dome Essential, Advanced and Complete plans include a VPN limited to 150 MB of data a day. Panda Dome VPN is the premium version with no daily limit and a choice of more than 60 virtual locations; the Panda Dome Premium plan includes the same unlimited VPN.
Does Panda store my online activity?
No. Panda Dome VPN follows a no-logs policy: information about your online activity is neither stored nor shared. Your traffic is also encrypted with AES-256.
How do I connect to the VPN on Windows?
In the Panda Dome main window, click VPN, choose the virtual server country and click Connect; click Disconnect to end the connection. You can also right-click the Panda Dome icon next to the clock and choose Connect to VPN, and set up automatic connection under Settings > VPN.
How do I renew the licence?
Buy a new licence, then in your My Panda account click More information > Renew subscription for your product. Choose Add code and enter the new activation code.

Installation and activation
- On the device you want to protect, go to my.pandasecurity.com and sign in to your Panda Account. If you don't have one, click Sign up, enter your e-mail address, a password and your country, click Create and confirm the account using the Activate your account! link in the e-mail from Panda Security.
- In the My products summary, click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code you received by e-mail and confirm with Activate my product.
- Click Download. On Windows or a Mac, run the downloaded file and complete the installation wizard; on a phone or tablet, the link takes you to Google Play or the App Store, where you install the Panda Dome app.
- On Windows, click VPN in the Panda Dome main window, choose the virtual server country and click Connect (click Disconnect to end the connection). You can also right-click the Panda Dome icon next to the clock and choose Connect to VPN.
- Under Settings > VPN, you can have the VPN start after a restart and connect automatically on unsecured Wi-Fi. The same code protects up to 5 devices; you can check the active licence in the Products and services section in My Panda.
