​  How do I activate my licence?
Go to norton.com/setup, enter the 25-character product key from your e-mail, sign in to your Norton account (or create one) and download the installer. See the Instructions tab for the full steps.
​  Can I use AntiVirus Plus on a Mac or a phone?
Yes. The licence covers one device of your choice – a Windows PC, Mac, Android phone or tablet, iPhone or iPad.
​  Does AntiVirus Plus include a VPN?
No. A VPN is included in Norton 360 plans (Standard, Deluxe, Premium) or available as the standalone Norton VPN.
​  Can I move my protection to a new device?
Yes. You only need the product key for the first registration. To install on a new device or reinstall, simply download Norton from your Norton account.
​  How do I renew my subscr​iption?
Buy a new key and enter it in the Norton app (profile icon → Serial Number) or at norton.com/setup. Any days left on your current subscr​iption are not added to the new key, so activate it when your current subscr​iption is about to end.
​  What language is the app in?
Norton is available in English and many other languages, and help articles are available on support.norton.com.
