How do I activate the Pro edition?
Install iTop Screen Recorder from the official website, click the key icon (Register) in the top-right corner of the main window, paste the licence code from your email and confirm with Register. Step-by-step instructions are in the Instructions tab.
How many PCs can I use it on?
The licence covers 1 Windows PC. The program runs on 64-bit Windows 7 to 11 only.
How long is the licence valid?
Depending on the option you choose, either 1 year or lifetime. While it is valid, you get automatic updates and round-the-clock technical support from the vendor.
How do I renew my licence?
In the program, click the Options icon, choose License and click the Refresh link. Paste your new or renewal code and confirm with Register to extend your licence.
How does it differ from the free version?
The Free version limits recordings to 10 minutes and exports to 1080p, and offers only some of the text-to-speech voices. Pro removes these limits and the default watermark, and adds scheduled recording, 120 FPS gameplay capture, video compression and custom watermarks.
Does it work on a Mac?
No, iTop Screen Recorder is a Windows program (64-bit Windows 7 to 11). You can, however, record the screen of an iPhone or an Android phone via your PC.

iTop Screen Recorder Pro
Installation and activation
- On the official iTop Screen Recorder page, click the download button and save the installer. The program is designed for 64-bit Windows 7 to 11.
- Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
- Open iTop Screen Recorder and click the key icon (Register) in the top-right corner of the main window.
- Paste the licence code from your email into the License Code box and click Register.
- Once registered, the program switches to the Pro edition. You can view your licence details by clicking the Options icon and choosing License.
