Experts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat, priority e-mail and, if needed, remote access to your PC. They can help with CCleaner products, Windows and Microsoft Office, and hardware such as printers or external drives. Support is provided in English only, for PCs running Windows 10 and 11, and does not include phone calls or help with security issues.
What does Kamo do?
Kamo protects your privacy online: it regularly changes your digital fingerprint so websites cannot easily track you, removes even stubborn cookies, shows which websites collect your data, and its Private Connection feature encrypts your connection and hides your location. Kamo runs on Windows 7 SP1 or later, but not on ARM processors, Mac or Android.
How do I activate the licence?
On Windows, open Settings in CCleaner 7 and choose Enter license key under My Subscription. Kamo asks for an activation code after installation, on a Mac use CCleaner › Insert Activation Code in the menu bar, and on Android go to Upgrade › Already Purchased? › Already have a subscription? › Use an activation code. Step-by-step instructions are in the Instructions tab.
Which languages are the apps available in?
CCleaner 7 for Windows is available in more than 40 languages, including English, Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian. Premium Technical Support is available in English only.

CCleaner Premium
Installation and activation
- On your Windows PC, download CCleaner from the official website, run the installer, click Yes in the User Account Control prompt and complete the installation.
- Launch CCleaner 7, click Settings in the bottom-left corner, under My Subscription click Enter license key, paste the licence key from your e-mail and confirm with Activate.
- Download Kamo from its official page, run kamo_online_setup.exe, choose your language and follow the installation wizard. When Kamo prompts you, enter your activation code and click Activate.
- Download Recuva and Speccy (Windows only) from their official pages on the CCleaner website, install them and register them with the details exactly as they appear in your licence e-mail.
- On a Mac, install CCleaner for Mac and choose CCleaner › Insert Activation Code in the menu bar (Cmd ⌘ + K). On Android, install CCleaner from the Google Play Store and go to Upgrade › Already Purchased? › Already have a subscription? › Use an activation code.
- Check on each device that the licence is active – on Windows under My Subscription in Settings.
