Panda Dome Family is much more than parental control: on Android and iOS phones and tablets, it shows your children's location in real time, alerts you when they enter or leave safe areas and helps you limit app and device use. It is also useful for keeping an eye on elderly relatives in your care. In an emergency, one press of the panic button shows you exactly where your child is.

Frequently asked questions
Which devices does Panda Dome Family work on?
On phones and tablets running Android 6 or later and iOS 13 or later. You install the Panda Dome app on both the child's and the parent's device from Google Play or the App Store.
How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to your Panda Account at my.pandasecurity.com, tap Add product > Add code, enter the activation code from your e-mail and confirm with Activate my product. Then tap Download for Android or iOS next to the product and install the Panda Dome app. If you already have the Panda Dome app, select Panda Dome Family under My Products in the app and tap Activate.
How many devices can I connect?
As many as your chosen licence option covers (3, 5 or 10 devices). All family members – supervisors and supervised users alike – must use the same Panda Account.
How long is the location history kept?
Panda Dome Family shows the location history of a specific device for the last 30 days, including arrival times, length of stay and the places where the user stayed for more than 15 minutes.
Will I know if my child tries to uninstall the app?
Yes. The configurable notifications include attempts to uninstall the product, as well as arrivals at and departures from monitored areas, low battery, attempts to use a blocked app, usage limits being reached and newly installed apps.
What language is the app in?
According to the App Store, the Panda Dome app for iOS is available in English, French and Spanish. The My Panda web account, where you activate the licence, is available in many languages, including English, Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian.

Panda Dome Family
Installation and activation
- On your phone or tablet, go to my.pandasecurity.com and sign in to your Panda Account. If you don't have one, register via Sign up and confirm the account using the Activate your account! link in the e-mail. All family members must use the same Panda Account.
- Tap Add product > Add code, enter the activation code you received by e-mail and confirm with Activate my product.
- Next to Panda Dome Family, tap Download for your system (Android or iOS) – Google Play or the App Store opens, where you install the Panda Dome app. Repeat this on every device you want to include.
- In the app, open Family from the main menu and choose whether this is a supervisor's device (Supervisor's device) or a supervised user's device (Supervised user's device). For a supervisor, enter a name, a colour and the e-mail address for notifications, then tap Finish.
- On the child's device, allow notifications about app usage time, turn on the Panda Dome toggle under Usage access, enter the user's name, choose a colour and tap Finish.
- Then set up monitored areas (home, school, etc.), device and app restrictions and notifications. You can check the active licence in the Products and services section of your My Panda account.
