How do I activate the licence?
Launch IOTransfer, click the Activate icon in the main window, choose Enter Code, paste the licence code into the License Code box and confirm with Activate. See the Instructions tab for step-by-step details.
Do I need iTunes or a jailbreak?
No jailbreak is needed. You don't have to install the full iTunes, but Apple's drivers must be present on the PC – IOTransfer can only detect a device that iTunes recognises successfully.
Does IOTransfer work with Android or as a phone app?
No. IOTransfer is a Windows PC program designed only for Apple devices running iOS. On the iPhone you only install the optional IOTransfer AirTrans app for wireless transfer.
How many PCs can I use it on?
On as many PCs as your chosen licence option states (1 or 3). Depending on the option, the licence is valid for 1 year or for life.
Does it work on Windows 11?
The vendor officially lists support for Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10; Windows 11 is not among the supported systems.
Can I try it first?
Yes, the trial version runs for 7 days and lets you transfer 10 files a day; one-click transfer is not available in it. Your purchased code unlocks the full PRO version.

Installation and activation
- On the official IOTransfer website, click Free Download and save the installer.
- Run the downloaded file and complete the installation wizard.
- Launch IOTransfer and click the Activate icon in the main window.
- Choose Enter Code, paste the licence code from your e-mail into the License Code box and confirm with Activate.
- Check the licence status under Options > License.
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to the PC with a USB cable; for wireless transfer, install the IOTransfer AirTrans app on the device and join the same Wi-Fi network as the PC.
