Does Panda Cleanup include antivirus?
No, Panda Cleanup is a tool for cleaning up and optimising your PC. If you want protection and optimisation in one, the Panda CleanUp tools are also included in the Panda Dome Complete and Panda Dome Premium plans.
How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to your Panda Account at my.pandasecurity.com (or create one if you don't have it yet), click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code from your e-mail and confirm with Activate my product. Then use the Download button to get the product directly on the PC where you want to use it.
How many PCs can I use the licence on?
On as many Windows PCs as your chosen licence option covers (1, 3, 5 or 10 devices). Sign in to My Panda on each of them and download the product.
How do I renew the licence?
Buy a new licence, then in your My Panda account click More information > Renew subscription for your product. Choose Add code and enter the new activation code.

Installation and activation
- On your Windows PC, go to my.pandasecurity.com and sign in to your Panda Account. If you don't have one, click Sign up, enter your e-mail address, a password and your country, click Create and confirm the account using the Activate your account! link in the e-mail from Panda Security.
- In the My products summary, click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code you received by e-mail and confirm with Activate my product.
- Click Download, run the downloaded installer and complete the installation wizard.
- After installation, open Panda Cleanup: free up disk space, clean the registry, defragment the disk if needed and use the boot manager to disable programs you don't need at Windows startup.
- Repeat these steps on other PCs according to the number of devices in your licence. You can check the active licence in the Products and services section of your My Panda account.
