Panda Dome Essential is the entry-level paid plan in the Panda Dome range for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. On top of real-time antivirus, it adds a firewall, Wi-Fi protection, safe browsing against phishing, USB drive scanning and a VPN with 150 MB of data per day. You manage your licence and all protected devices from a single My Panda account.

​  How do I activate the licence?
Sign in to your Panda Account at my.pandasecurity.com (or create one if you don't have it yet), click Add product > Add code, enter the activation code from your e-mail and confirm with Activate my product. Then use the Download button to get the product directly on the device you want to protect.
​  How many devices can I use the licence on?
On as many as your chosen option covers, in any combination of Windows, macOS, Android and iOS. The activation code is the same for all devices. According to the vendor's terms, the unlimited-devices option is intended for reasonable home use by one customer in one household.
​  Are the features the same on every system?
No. The firewall, Wi-Fi protection and USB protection work on Windows only. On a Mac you get antivirus with scheduled scans, safe browsing and the VPN; on Android antivirus, the VPN, anti-theft, app lock and call blocker; and on iOS device location, the VPN and unwanted call blocking.
​  Can I transfer the licence to another device?
Yes. In your My Panda account, open the product with More info, choose Remove device in the list of devices linked to the product and confirm. You can then activate the freed-up licence on the new device.
​  How do I renew the licence?
Buy a new licence, then in your My Panda account click More information > Renew subscr​iption for your product. Choose Add code and enter the new activation code.
​  What language are the app and the account in?
The My Panda account is available in many languages, including English, Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian – you can choose the language on the sign-in page or in Account Management. On Windows, you can change the language of the Panda Dome app under Settings > Language; according to the App Store, the iOS app is available in English, French and Spanish.
