Do I need to give you my Google Account password?
No. You activate the subscription yourself via the link we send you by e-mail – just sign in to your own Google Account. No login details are exchanged.
What kind of Google Account do I need?
A personal Google Account that you manage yourself, and you must be over 18. Work and school accounts are not intended for this plan. According to Google, you can't get Google AI Pro if your current Google One membership was purchased through a third-party partner (such as a mobile operator) or Pixel Pass.
What is the 5 TB of storage for?
The storage is shared across Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos, and you can share it with up to five other people.
Which languages does Gemini support?
The Gemini app supports English and many other languages, including Czech, Slovak, Polish and Hungarian. In Czech, Slovak and Hungarian, “Hey Google” voice commands and some actions are not yet available. Gemini in Gmail and Docs is available in selected languages.
Which devices can I use Google AI Pro on?
On the web at gemini.google.com, in the Gemini app for Android, iPhone and iPad, and directly in Gmail, Docs and other Google apps.

Installation and activation
- Open the link in the e-mail we send you after payment – ideally in a browser where you're signed in to your personal Google Account.
- If you're not signed in, sign in to the personal Google Account that you manage yourself (you must be over 18). Make sure the right account is selected.
- Confirm activation of the Google AI Pro plan by following Google's on-screen instructions.
- At one.google.com, check that your Google AI Pro plan is active and that 5 TB of storage is available.
- Start using Gemini on the web at gemini.google.com or in the Gemini app for Android or iPhone, signed in with the same Google Account.
