Windows 11, 10, 8/8.1 and 7 SP1. Game Optimizer, Notification Optimization, Cloud Backup and SafeCam are not available in Windows S mode or on ARM processors; the VPN does not run in Windows S mode.
macOS
Current and previous two versions of macOS. Cloud Backup, Parental Control and SafeCam are not available on Mac.
Android
Android 10 or later with the Google Play app installed; multi-user mode is not supported.
iOS
iPhone and iPad running the current or one of the two previous versions of iOS.

How do I activate my licence?
Go to norton.com/setup, enter the 25-character product key from your e-mail, sign in to your Norton account (or create one) and download the installer. See the Instructions tab for the full steps.
How is it different from Norton 360 Deluxe?
It offers the same level of protection as Deluxe, but covers up to 3 devices (Deluxe covers up to 5) and adds the Game Optimizer and Notification Optimization gaming features.
Does Norton slow down gaming?
Game Optimizer actually dedicates CPU cores to the game you have open in full screen, which may improve frame rates and load times depending on what your system is doing. It should not affect RAM usage.
Should I turn off protection while gaming?
No need. Norton detects when a game is running in full screen and suppresses alerts, so you can play undisturbed while your PC stays protected.
Does it include Parental Control?
Yes. You can set screen-time limits for children who game and control access to inappropriate apps on desktop and mobile devices.
How do I renew my subscription?
Buy a new key and enter it in the Norton app (profile icon → Serial Number) or at norton.com/setup. Any days left on your current subscription are not added to the new key, so activate it when your current subscription is about to end.

Norton 360 for Gamers
Installation and activation
- Go to norton.com/setup, enter the 25-character product key from your e-mail (five groups of five characters) and click Next.
- Enter your e-mail address and click Next. Sign in to your Norton account with your password or a one-time code sent by e-mail; if you don't have an account, click Create an account and complete the sign-up.
- If you are asked to set up automatic renewal, follow the on-screen instructions. Then read the License and Services Agreement and click Agree and Download.
- Run the downloaded file on your gaming PC and click Install Norton 360. The product installs and activates automatically.
- To add more devices, sign in at my.norton.com and click Download. You can send the link to a phone or tablet by e-mail or text message, or scan a QR code; install the Norton 360 app from Google Play or the App Store and sign in with the same account.
- To confirm activation, check the protection status shown in the app after installation. At my.norton.com, hover over your profile icon and click My Subscriptions to see your subscription and product key.
