Which languages is the program available in?

How many PCs can I use it on?
The licence covers one PC. If you replace your computer, uninstall the program from the old device before installing it on the new one.
Is the licence time-limited?
No. It is a perpetual (lifetime) licence for version 3 with no subscription. An internet connection is required for activation, and the program verifies the licence online at regular intervals.
How do I activate the licence?
Download the program from the official Ashampoo website, install it and enter the licence key from your e-mail in the activation dialogue. Step-by-step instructions are in the Instructions tab.
What if the key is reported as already activated?
This message (Error 157) usually appears after reinstalling, moving to a new PC or a major Windows update. You can reset the licence under Licenses in your Ashampoo account, or ask Ashampoo support for help.
What PC do I need for 4K editing?
For 4K, Ashampoo recommends an Intel Core i7 or comparable processor and 8 GB RAM. An NVIDIA graphics card with NVENC support speeds up conversion considerably.

Ashampoo Movie Studio Pro 3
Installation and activation
- Download the Ashampoo Movie Studio Pro 3 installer from the official Ashampoo website (link below).
- Run the downloaded file, confirm the Windows security prompt and follow the setup wizard.
- Copy the licence key from the e-mail you received from us (select it and press Ctrl+C).
- When the activation dialogue appears during setup or on first launch, choose to enter the key manually, paste the key and click the activation button. Your PC must be connected to the internet.
- Once activated (and, if applicable, once setup has finished), you can use the full version without restrictions.
- If the program says the key is already activated (e.g. after reinstalling or on a new PC), reset the licence under Licenses in your Ashampoo account and activate again.
